Privacy, in plain words.
This is not a legal document. It is how we, in practice, handle the photographs and personal information you share with our studio.
What we collect
Only what we need to make your book: your name, your delivery address in India, your email and WhatsApp number, the photographs you send us, and the story you write to accompany them. Nothing else.
How we hold it
Your photographs are uploaded over an encrypted connection and stored privately on Indian servers (Mumbai region). Access is restricted to the designer assigned to your commission and our founder.
Permanent deletion
Within seven days of your book reaching your door, your photographs are permanently deleted from our systems. We retain only your name, delivery record and order number for our internal archive and for compliance.
What we will never do
We will never sell, share or rent your information. We will never use your photographs to train any model. We will never post a book — or any image from one — on our Instagram or anywhere else without explicit, written permission from the person who commissioned it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details. Razorpay's own privacy and PCI compliance applies to the payment step itself.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses a single first-party cookie to remember your progress through a commission. We use privacy-respecting analytics that record only anonymous, aggregated visits. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely, at any time. WhatsApp us or write to privacy@stackedstone.in and we will respond within seven days.
